Mission: Dedicated to public education and the rehabilitation and release of injured and orphaned raptors.
What to expect: General animal husbandry and feeding of birds of prey. Excellent opportunity for first-hand learning about raptor rescue and general raptor information. May include exam observation and hands-on experience, depending on availability and experience.*
Dates: Year-round. Minimum commitment of 4 hours per week (for repeat volunteers) or full-time for at least two weeks (for one-time volunteers).
*This facility does not have an on-site clinic. Volunteer duties would not be specifically medical.
